尹贺峰，1989年6月出生，2020年8月毕业于江南大学控制科学与工程专业，研究生学历、博士学位，中国共产党党员。2016年10月至2018年1月在英国萨里大学电子工程系视觉、语音和信号处理中心(CVSSP)博士联合培养，现为无锡学院自动化学院教师。

主要研究方向：人工智能、模式识别、计算机视觉。

主持江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目、无锡市“太湖之光”科技攻关计划（基础研究）项目，参与国家自然科学基金国际合作与交流重点项目、面上项目、无锡物联网创新促进中心专项课题等项目。近五年以第一作者发表SCI论文5篇，EI论文1篇，部分研究成果在Neural Processing Letters、Pattern Analysis and Applications、Journal of Electronic Imaging等模式识别领域国际主流期刊上发表；合作发表SCI论文20余篇。担任Journal of Electronic Imaging、Complex and Intelligent Systems、Imaging Science Journal、Journal of Algorithms and Computational Technology等国际期刊的审稿人。2022年入选江苏省科技副总项目，现为中国计算机学会会员、江苏省人工智能学会会员。指导学生参加2023年首届企校协同创新大赛新一代信息技术领域专项赛（全国赛），获得一等奖1项，二等奖1项，并获评优秀指导教师称号。

He-Feng Yin received the B.S. degree in the School of Computer Science and Technology from Xuchang University, Xuchang, China, in 2011 and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Internet of Things Engineering, Jiangnan University, Wuxi, China, in 2020. He was a postdoctoral researcher at Jiangnan University from 2020 to 2022. Currently, he is a lecturer in the School of Automation, Wuxi University, Wuxi, China. He won the National Scholarship for postgraduate students (Ministry of Education of China) in 2012. He has published 11 papers (as the first author) in his fields of research, among which 5 papers have been indexed by SCI. He was a visiting PhD student at the Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing (CVSSP), University of Surrey, United Kingdom, from 2016 to 2018, under the supervision of Prof. Josef Kittler. His research interests include image processing, machine vision and pattern recognition. He is currently a reviewer for Journal of Electronic Imaging (SCI), Complex and Intelligent Systems (SCI), Journal of Algorithms and Computational Technology (EI).
